• Open (CRTL+O for the open dialog) the example, Examples\forms.htm, in HPR.
• Explore the page to understand the problem.
• There are two forms need to be fixed.
• Open the source file in Notepad with View/Source or CTRL+U.
• Save the results with CTRL+S or File/Save and check with HPR.
